REDMI K90 Max officially announced for release this month: Xiaomi’s first active cooling phone.

REDMI K90 Max was officially announced today, positioned as a flagship gaming performance phone, and will be launched this month.

According to the official introduction, this is the first Max model in the REDMI K series, and also Xiaomi’s first air-cooled active heat dissipation phone.

Based on previous leaks, this new phone should be the original K90 Ultra with a new name.

The new phone will be the first to be upgraded with a 165Hz ultra-high refresh rate, which is already compatible with many mainstream games and can provide an extremely smooth experience.

The core is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500, manufactured using TSMC’s latest third-generation 3nm process. The CPU architecture includes one C1-Ultra super core with a main frequency of up to 4.21GHz, three C1-Premium super cores, and four C1-Pro cores. The single-core performance is improved by 32% compared to the previous generation, and the multi-core performance is improved by 17%.

With its built-in fan, the Dimensity 9500 can be fully utilized to achieve sustained and stable output.

In addition to its superior performance, the new phone will also feature a massive 8000mAh battery, support 100W wired fast charging, and is expected to be compatible with 100W PPS.

In addition, it will feature a 2D visual quadrilateral design, custom-tuned symmetrical dual speakers, ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, and IP68 dust and water resistance.
