REDMI’s most powerful standard edition is a huge hit! REDMI K90 activations surpass 1 million.

Fast Technology reported that REDMI launched its new K90 series last October, with the standard K90 model achieving activations of over 1 million units in a short period. This impressive achievement makes it another truly blockbuster flagship product under the REDMI brand.

Unlike its predecessor, the K80, the REDMI K90 standard edition ingeniously adopts a 6.59-inch mid-sized screen. This size cleverly strikes a balance between immersive visuals and comfortable grip. Combined with a 5:5 weight distribution, the device’s center of gravity is very natural, so even during extended one-handed operation, the wrist will not feel noticeably fatigued.

In terms of core performance, the REDMI K90 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra mobile platform. Thanks to the underlying support of the PC game engine, this phone can even run PC-level games such as Hollow Knight and Stardew Valley, and this cross-platform performance is truly impressive.

The upgrade in imaging is also a major highlight. The main camera of the REDMI K90 uses a 50-megapixel Light Hunter 800 sensor. This large sensor supports native HDR and 2μm fused pixels, and can show excellent dynamic range whether it is dealing with highlight suppression or capturing details in extremely dark environments.

What’s even more surprising is that REDMI has equipped its standard model with a golden portrait telephoto lens for the first time. Combined with its self-developed optical bokeh algorithm, the resulting portrait photos feature more natural background blur and smooth transitions at the edges of the subject, completely eliminating the harsh digital cutout look of the past.

As a performance flagship with comprehensive evolution, the starting price of this phone remains at 2599 yuan.
