The Exynos 2600 is manufactured based on Samsung’s 2nm process, making it the world’s first 2nm mobile phone chip.
According to the Geekbench 6 OpenCL benchmark data compiled by the blogger, the Exynos 2600’s test scores are mostly above 25,000 points, with a fluctuation of only 3.4% between its lowest and highest scores, demonstrating extremely strong stability. In contrast, only one Snapdragon 8E5 flagship scored above 25,000 points: the Red Magic 11 Pro.
It is reported that the Samsung Exynos 2600 is equipped with the Xclipse 960 GPU, which is the first mobile GPU to use AMD’s custom RDNA 4 architecture. Its Geekbench 6 OpenCL score even surpasses that of the Galaxy Book4 Edge equipped with the Snapdragon X Elite, indicating that Samsung’s GPU performance is very strong.
All of this is thanks to the advanced manufacturing process and packaging technology of the Samsung Exynos 2600. This chip is the first to use Samsung’s fan-out wafer-level packaging (FOWLP) technology and also uses the new thermal block (HPB) technology, which can reduce thermal resistance by 16%.
This chip will be first used in the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, and related devices will be available for sale in March.
