Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8’s full specifications leaked.

Fast Technology reported that the complete specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 have been leaked on social media platforms. This new product is not only Samsung’s first wide-folding model, but also the first flagship product in the Android camp to adopt a wide-folding form factor, making its debut highly anticipated by the market.

Specifically, the Galaxy Z Fold8 features a 7.6-inch internal screen with a resolution of 2448×1848 and an aspect ratio of 4:3; the external screen is 5.5 inches with a resolution of 1248×1972. Both screens support a 120Hz refresh rate and adopt a punch-hole design, balancing display quality and screen-to-body ratio.

In terms of core configuration, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 for Galaxy custom processor, 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and offers storage options of 256GB and 512GB.

In terms of imaging, the phone features a rear-mounted 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The main camera has an aperture of f/1.8, capable of handling various shooting scenarios. It has a 4800mAh battery and supports 45W wired fast charging.

In terms of design, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is only 4.8mm thick on one side and weighs 201g. It also supports IP48 water resistance, balancing a slim and lightweight feel with everyday protection capabilities.

Regarding pricing, reports indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold8 will be priced at €1999 in Germany, equivalent to approximately RMB 15,500. Following this trend, it’s almost certain that the Chinese version will break the RMB 10,000 mark.

The device will be officially released on July 22nd. At the launch event, three foldable flagship phones will be launched simultaneously: the Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip8. The Galaxy Watch series of smartwatches will also be unveiled at the same time.
