Snapdragon 8 Gen4+2K straight screen! Redmi K80 series release date revealed

 blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that the Redmi K80 series will debut in November, and the first batch of phones will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 platform.

It is reported that the Redmi K80 series uses Huaxing’s new generation 2K straight screen. These are the only two high-end models among the first batch of Snapdragon 8 Gen4 flagships that use 2K straight screens (iQOO 13 also uses a 2K straight screen).

In terms of parameters, Snapdragon 8 Gen4 uses Qualcomm’s self-developed Oyron CPU. All CPUs are performance cores, including 2*4.09GHz super cores + 6*2.78GHz large cores, integrated Adreno 830 GPU, and built using TSMC’s 3nm process. The performance and energy efficiency have been greatly improved.

In terms of running scores, the Snapdragon 8 Gen4 engineering machine has a single-core score of 2884 points and a multi-core score of 8840 points. This will be the most powerful mobile phone chip in the Android camp. In comparison, the Geekbench 6 running score of Apple A17 Pro is 2980 points for single-core and 7850 points for multi-core.

In addition, the Redmi K80 series will be equipped with a large-bottom main camera, upright telephoto and ultra-wide-angle.

Not surprisingly, the Redmi K80 series will be the new generation of flagship goalkeeper.
