Fast Technology reported that blogger Digital Chat Station shared Honor’s recent product release schedule.
According to the plan, Honor will launch its annual flagship Honor Magic9 series in September, and the Honor WIN2 series is expected to be released in October. In addition, the Honor 700 series, Honor X series, and Honor Power series are also expected to be launched before the end of the year.
Among the many new products, besides the highly anticipated Honor Magic9 series, the Honor WIN2 series has also attracted a lot of attention. This phone not only continues the large battery configuration of its predecessor, but will also be equipped with the 2nm Snapdragon 8E6 series chip, achieving simultaneous upgrades in both battery life and performance.
Back in December of last year, the Honor WIN series was the first to feature a 10000mAh Qinghai Lake large battery, leading the entire industry into a new era of 10,000mAh-level large batteries. This battery boasts an energy density of 910Wh/L, achieving an ultra-large capacity while simultaneously supporting 100W wired flash charging and, unprecedentedly, compatibility with 80W wireless fast charging, resulting in an outstanding charging experience.
Based on this, the Honor WIN2 series will be the first to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8E6 series chip. This chip uses TSMC’s N2P improved 2nm process and is equipped with a self-developed third-generation Orion architecture, consisting of an eight-core tri-cluster design with two super cores, three performance cores and three energy efficiency cores. In terms of storage, it supports the UFS 5.0 standard.
To fully unleash the Snapdragon 8E6’s extreme performance, the Honor WIN2 series also features a built-in active cooling fan. This fan dissipates heat through rapid airflow, allowing the processor to maintain its performance for longer under high load and effectively preventing forced throttling due to overheating.
In terms of product release schedule, Honor will have a busy period of new product launches in the second half of the year, with product lines covering multiple price segments from flagship to mid-range.
