The REDMI K90 series has won over many fans: cumulative sales exceeded one million units

Fast Technology reported that blogger “RD Observation” released sales data for the REDMI K90 series up to the 52nd week of 2025. The REDMI K90 sold approximately 745,700 units, and the REDMI K90 Pro Max sold approximately 275,800 units, for a combined total of approximately 1,021,500 units.

Since its release on October 23rd, the REDMI K90 series has rapidly gained traction, exceeding 130,000 units sold on its first day and accumulating nearly 250,000 units in just three days.

Its sales momentum continued to rise, with sales exceeding 600,000 units in week 46, 700,000 units in week 47, 830,000 units in week 49, and successfully surpassing the 900,000 unit mark in week 50.

Behind the impressive results lies the differentiated competitiveness of the two models in terms of hardware configuration.

In terms of core configuration, the REDMI K90 features a 6.59-inch SuperPixel screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra flagship platform, a 50-megapixel AI triple rear camera, a built-in 7100mAh high-capacity battery, and supports 100W wired flash charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging.

It is also equipped with a new national screen with super pixels, using the same full RGB next-generation display technology as the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, where each pixel is composed of independent red/green/blue sub-pixels.

The higher-end REDMI K90 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch Super Pixel eye-protection screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra platform, a built-in 7560mAh battery, and comes pre-installed with the Surge OS 3 operating system.

In terms of imaging, this phone is equipped with the same Light and Shadow Hunter 950 high dynamic range main camera as the Xiaomi 17, featuring a 1/1.31-inch ultra-large sensor and supporting OIS optical image stabilization.

It is also complemented by a 50-megapixel 5x periscope telephoto lens, enabling 5x optical zoom and 10x lossless zoom, significantly enhancing its imaging capabilities.

In addition, the high cost-performance ratio of the two models is also a key factor driving the sales growth. The REDMI K90 starts at 2,599 yuan, and the REDMI K90 Pro Max starts at 3,999 yuan.
