The world’s first Dimensity 8500! REDMI Turbo 5 moved up to December release

Blogger @智皮卡楚 broke the news that the progress of REDMI Turbo 5 has been accelerated and is expected to be released in December this year.

It is reported that the previous generation REDMI Turbo 4 was released in January this year, and it was first equipped with Dimensity 8400-Ultra, with a starting price of 1,999 yuan.

This time, REDMI Turbo 5 also won the first launch of MediaTek’s sub-flagship chip, becoming the world’s first Dimensity 8500 model.

According to reports, the Dimensity 8500 chip continues to use the all-large core architecture, with an AnTuTu score exceeding 2 million points, and its overall score is close to that of the Snapdragon 8 Gen3.

In addition to performance upgrades, REDMI Turbo 5 will also be upgraded to a metal middle frame + large R corner design, which greatly improves the texture and is comparable to Pro.

The screen is still a 6.6-inch 1.5K solution, the overall appearance is still a minimalist design, and it is expected to maintain dual cameras.

The phone will also be equipped with a large-capacity battery of over 7000mAh, and its battery life will be significantly improved.
