The series is the world’s first to launch the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 platform. This chip is manufactured based on TSMC’s third-generation 3nm process N3P. The CPU uses Arm’s latest Travis super core. While improving the IPC (instructions per cycle) performance, the overall energy efficiency has achieved a leapfrog upgrade. The multi-core score will exceed 11,000 points, surpassing the Apple A19 Pro unveiled at the same time.

In addition, the Dimensity 9500 integrates the new generation Drage Immortalis GPU, which has improved energy efficiency by more than 40% compared to the previous generation, and its peak performance has also reached top level, and its ray tracing performance has soared by 40%.

In terms of imaging, the vivo X300 series will be equipped with a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The imaging has also been significantly upgraded compared to the previous generation.

In addition, the vivo X300 series is expected to launch three models at the same time, namely X300, X300 Pro and X300 Pro mini, and the new products are expected to debut in October.
