The world’s thinnest and lightest foldable screen Honor Magic V6 is here: BOE exclusively supplies the screen.

Fast Technology reported that BOE officially announced that it is the exclusive supplier of both the inner and outer screens for Honor’s new generation foldable flagship, the Magic V6 . These two screens represent a comprehensive breakthrough in technical specifications, both supporting 2K+ ultra-high-definition resolution, bringing users a top-tier visual feast.

In terms of brightness, the Honor Magic V6 is truly stunning, boasting a peak brightness of 6000 nits on its external screen and 5000 nits on its internal screen. Combined with high-frequency PWM dimming technology, this phone delivers exceptional display quality while also supporting eye-friendly design.

In terms of hardware specifications, the Honor Magic V6 is equipped with a 6.52-inch external screen and a large 7.95-inch internal screen. Both screens are adapted to a 120Hz high refresh rate, ensuring a smooth and silky operating experience in daily use.

To further address the pain points of foldable screens, this device uses enhanced UTG glass. The application of this material reduces the screen crease depth by 44% compared to its predecessor, resulting in a significant leap in visual smoothness.

Extreme thinness and lightness is another core competitive advantage of this phone. The Honor Magic V6 is only 8.75 mm thick when folded, and weighs only 219 grams. When the screen is fully unfolded, its thickness on one side reaches an astonishing 4 mm.

With these groundbreaking specifications, the Honor Magic V6 has successfully become the world’s thinnest and lightest foldable screen phone. Its striking industrial design impressed numerous overseas media outlets and viewers even during the pre-launch phase.

According to the official schedule, this foldable flagship phone, packed with cutting-edge technology, will be officially unveiled in Shenzhen on March 10. At that time, this domestically developed masterpiece that pushes the limits of physics will showcase its full capabilities to the world.
