Vivo X300 series debuts! OriginOS 6 officially announced for release on October 10th

vivo officially announced today that the new generation system OriginOS 6 will be officially released at 10:00 on October 10.

The official poster shows “smooth and comfortable to the extreme”, and it is expected that the new version will further improve its smoothness.

It has been officially confirmed that the vivo X300 series will be pre-installed with OriginOS 6 and will be officially released in October.

According to vivo product manager Han Boxiao, the experience of OriginOS 6 has been greatly improved. The notification stacking and volume bar design have been fully modified this time, and the global direct drive power supply that everyone has paid close attention to has also been implemented. It supports high-frequency scenarios such as playing games and watching short videos. Basically, all scenarios are adapted to direct drive power supply.

He also emphasized: “From my experience with the X300, the smoothness and design are probably the most obvious upgrades in recent years.”

OriginOS 6 reconstructs the underlying architecture of Android, making resource allocation more precise and efficient, ensuring “on-demand delivery” in all kinds of scenarios, and narrowing the experience gap from the root.

In the official demonstration, OriginOS 6 launched 52 applications in succession with zero lag and parallel animation, making it truly fast and smooth.

It is reported that OriginOS 6 has upgraded the underlying system to Android 16 and adopts innovative dynamic resource scheduling technology, which can prioritize resources according to current tasks, improve system response speed and application loading speed, and bring a smoother user experience.

In addition to smoothness, OriginOS 6 has also undergone a new design upgrade based on the atomic design system, focusing on enhancing the texture of light and shadow and the sense of order in space.

It has new lighting effects, a new control center, a personalized lock screen clock, a new tidal charging animation, etc., and is fully optimized towards a more natural and comfortable direction.
