Xiaomi 18 Pro Max Imaging Specifications Revealed

According to blogger Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max has significantly improved its imaging specifications, with the main camera featuring a 200-megapixel sensor with the new generation LOFIC technology and a large 1/1.28-inch sensor size.

In addition, it is equipped with a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, 1/1.56-inch, 3x focal length, F2.4± aperture, and also supports close-range telephoto macro photography at around 15xm.

Overall, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max’s imaging hardware represents a leap forward, bringing it closer to Ultra models, but this may also lead to a further price increase.

Based on available information, the Xiaomi 18 series will be officially released in September 2026, with the Xiaomi 18, Xiaomi 18 Pro, and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max models appearing together.

In terms of size, it will maintain the planning of the previous generation. The 18 and 18 Pro are small screens, while the 18 Pro Max is a large screen. The Pro series will continue the rear screen solution.

In terms of performance, the Xiaomi 18 series will continue to be the first to launch Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship chip, which is expected to be named Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen6 series. It will be built using a 2nm process and will have a significant performance improvement.

In addition, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max engineering sample battery is confirmed to be 8K level, with a target maximum capacity of 8500mAh±, and supports 100W flash charging and wireless charging.
