Xiaomi ThePaper OS is the first batch to adapt to Android 15! Four models including Xiaomi 14 have released developer preview versions

Xiaomi’s ThePaper OS has officially announced that it has begun adapting to Android 15 Beta 1.

Mi 14, Mi 14 Pro, Redmi K60 Extreme Edition, and Mi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 will be the first to support Android 15 Beta 1.

Developers can now use these models to experience the Xiaomi Pascal OS developer preview version based on Android 15 Beta 1, try out new APIs and test platform changes, and prepare applications for the new version in advance.

Xiaomi stated that these four models can be upgraded from now on, and has published the download link for the ROM for online flashing on the Xiaomi community (please make sure you have unlocked the Bootloader lock if you need to flash the ROM online).

It should be reminded that this version is only prepared for developers to preview the features of Android 15 Beta 1 in advance. The system stability is unpredictable and is not recommended for daily use by ordinary users. Full preparations need to be made before flashing the phone.

The Android 15 Beta version has been optimized in terms of security, battery life and smoothness.

In addition, the Android Dynamic Performance Framework (ADPF) was launched, allowing games and performance-intensive applications to interact more directly with the power and cooling system of Android devices, processing tasks more efficiently and reducing energy consumption.
