Vivo X200 series debuts Zeiss Master Color screen

vivo announced that the X200 series will be the first to use the Zeiss Master Color Screen. This is the world’s first model with the “Zeiss Master Color Screen” certification.

Vivo’s Han Boxiao introduced that the vivo X200 series has more realistic and accurate color display, and has clarity in all scenarios and ecological-level color management. The hero behind this is our full-link Zeiss Natural Color.

Whether it is the image effect or the screen content effect, the vivo X200 series uniformly maps the color gamut of different external film sources and internal UI, achieving true color restoration of all screen display content; the color temperature adaptation has been upgraded again, so that you can have a comfortable picture experience under different ambient light and color temperature.

Specifically, the biggest feature of the Zeiss Master Color Screen is that it presents almost completely accurate colors. It uses the color matching function CMF2015 in calibration, which is more in line with the physiological characteristics of the human eye. At the same time, the ΔΕ color accuracy index reaches 0.27, and it has obtained the Zeiss Natural Display certification.

This means that vivo accurately reproduces the real imaging effects on the screen display, from shooting preview, post-shooting selection, editing, to screen display, to achieve a precise ZEISS natural color closed-loop experience for the entire imaging chain.

In terms of eye protection, the vivo X200 series is also the best in the industry. The series supports 2160Hz full brightness high-frequency PWM dimming.

Compared with other 8T LTPO models, the biggest feature of the vivo X200 series’ eye protection solution is “full brightness high-frequency PWM dimming”. No matter how the brightness of the usage environment changes, it relies on a single 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming strategy to hold the whole scene.

Han Boxiao said that this can be said to be an ultimate anti-screen flicker solution, because its screen flicker index is the lowest, it has no effect on the advantages and characteristics of LTPO, and has the least impact on the display effect.

The phone will be officially released on October 14.
