a silicone protective case claiming to be officially made by Apple for the iPhone 16 was exposed on the social platform.

As shown in the picture, a separate hole is opened on the side of the silicone protective case, which means that there will be an independent button on the frame of the iPhone 16.

According to previously leaked information, the entire iPhone 16 series has added an independent camera button, which adopts a long strip design and is almost the same size as the power button.

However, this button is not raised, but flush with the middle frame and adopts a capacitive design. This photo button has a built-in pressure sensor that can accurately identify the size of the pressing force, and can combine with the Taptic Engine motor to simulate the feedback of a real button, presenting an effect similar to Force Touch.

In terms of specific usage scenarios, lightly touching the button can focus, and pressing hard will trigger the shooting. This innovation not only makes the photo operation more convenient, but also provides a more professional shooting experience for photography enthusiasts.

In terms of imaging, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus have not been significantly upgraded. Both the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max are equipped with a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The 16 Pro also has a new periscope telephoto lens that supports 5x optical zoom, and its performance is comparable to that of the Pro Max.

In addition, the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will be available in white, black, blue, green and pink. The iPhone 16 Pro series will continue the titanium alloy material of the 15 Pro. White, black and silver colors have been exposed in the machine model. The most anticipated is the rumored new bronze color, which will replace the previous generation’s titanium blue.

The series will debut on September 10th.
