Apple’s first foldable phone! iPhone Fold model showcased: wide aspect ratio + dual internal and external screens.
According to Fast Technology on January 21, the supply chain is very clear, and Apple will release its first foldable screen phone in September this year, which is expected to be named “iPhone Fold”.
Although Apple is still keeping quiet, the supply chain has already thoroughly investigated it, and even detailed specifications of the device have been revealed.
Today, blogger “Digital Chat Station” shared a 3D-printed iPhone Fold model based on current data, allowing users to preview the appearance and design of Apple’s foldable screen.
The iPhone Fold adopts a similar folding ratio to the Huawei Pura X, but its size is significantly larger.

It adopts a mainstream dual-screen design, with dual cameras integrated on the back, arranged horizontally similar to the iPhone Air.
According to leaks, the iPhone Fold’s folded dimensions are 83.8mm*120.6mm*9.6mm, with an external screen of approximately 5.49 inches and a resolution of 2088×1422. Compared to current iPhone models, it is wider but shorter. When held with one hand, its width is slightly larger than that of conventional models, but its reduced height makes it easier to operate.
When unfolded, the device measures 167.6*120.6mm*4.8mm, with an internal screen of approximately 7.76 inches and a resolution of 2713×1920 pixels, similar to the iPad mini, but smaller overall.

The front-facing camera is completely integrated under the screen, without any notches, punch holes, or other openings, achieving a true full-screen effect for the first time.
According to reports, Apple has also created a very powerful hinge that achieves a “near-crease-free” inner screen effect through a built-in metal stress-dispersing plate, while also supporting self-healing coating technology to improve scratch resistance.

The processor is expected to be from the A20 series, paired with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage, with performance comparable to the iPhone Pro models of the same period; it is equipped with Apple’s second-generation self-developed C2 baseband and has no physical SIM card slot (only supports eSIM).
In terms of pricing, the starting price in the US market is expected to be $1,800-$2,500, which is equivalent to about 13,000-18,000 yuan, making it the most expensive iPhone in history.
