Fast Technology reported that the Honor WIN2 series received network access permission today, supporting up to 100W wired flash charging.
According to a blogger’s leak, the Honor WIN2 series will be equipped with Qualcomm’s sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Ultimate flagship platform, featuring a built-in active cooling fan, a massive 10,000-ton battery, and a 2K high refresh rate screen. This will be the only Super Ultimate phone this year to feature such a large battery.
Last December, the Honor WIN series was the first to feature a 10000mAh Qinghai Lake large battery, leading the entire industry into a new era of 10,000-mAh large batteries. This battery has an energy density of 910Wh/L, and while achieving ultra-large capacity, it also supports 100W wired flash charging and, unprecedentedly, is compatible with 80W wireless fast charging, providing an excellent charging experience.
Based on this, the core SoC of the Honor WIN2 series has been upgraded from the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra to the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Ultra, which is Qualcomm’s most powerful mobile chip to date.
This chip is manufactured using TSMC’s 2nm process and features a brand-new Oryon CPU. It utilizes Qualcomm’s proprietary architecture, and its super-core CPU clock speed breaks the 5GHz barrier for the first time, marking the mobile phone industry’s official entry into the 5GHz era. Whether launching applications, playing demanding games, creating content, or multitasking, it delivers a fast response and a smooth experience.
To fully unleash the Snapdragon chip’s extreme performance, the Honor WIN2 series also features a built-in active cooling fan. This fan dissipates heat through rapid airflow, allowing the processor to maintain its performance for longer under high load and effectively preventing forced throttling due to overheating.
The phone is expected to be released in October, and it will be the most performance-driven phone in Honor’s history.
