Huawei Mate 80 global debut! Kirin 9030 exposed

Blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that Huawei’s next-generation flagship chip is called Kirin 9030 and is scheduled to debut at the end of the year.

As usual, Huawei’s Mate series usually launches the new Kirin platform first, so the Kirin 9030 is expected to be first installed in the Mate 80 series. This will be Huawei’s most powerful mobile phone chip.

It is reported that the Mate 70 series and Mate X6 series folding screens launched last year are equipped with the Kirin 9020 chip. Its CPU consists of 1×2.5GHz large core + 3×2.15GHz medium core + 4×1.6GHz small core, and integrates Maleoon 920 840MHz GPU.

In addition to the first launch of Kirin 9030, it was revealed that Huawei Mate 80 series will return to straight screen. The series adopts a straight screen + 3D face recognition solution and is expected to support side fingerprint recognition. This solution is unique among domestic flagships.

In addition, the Mate 80 series will be equipped with the Hongmeng 6 operating system, and is expected to continue the Mate 70 series’ four-model combination, including Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, Mate 80 Pro+ and Mate 80 RS Extraordinary Master. This will be the most powerful Mate in history.
