Huawei nova SE, a new smartphone, has been unveiled

Fast Technology reported that digital blogger “Dingjiao Digital” revealed a new Huawei nova series phone codenamed “Cangshan”. Based on the leaked information and netizens’ interpretations, the phone is expected to be the Huawei nova 16 SE.

According to reports, the new phone will be available in four colors: black, white, orange, and blue, and will feature the first-generation Red Maple Original Color Imaging System. The price is expected to be in the range of 2,000-3,000 yuan.

It is understood that SE was the naming scheme for Huawei’s nova series, which previously included models such as nova 6 SE, nova 7 SE, nova 8 SE, nova 9 SE, nova 10 SE, and nova 11 SE.

However, starting with the nova 12 series, Huawei has not launched the nova SE model in the domestic market for several consecutive generations.

If this leak is true, it means that the nova SE product line will return to the domestic market after several years.

The Red Maple Original Color Imaging feature debuted on the Huawei Mate 70 series. By using the Red Maple Original Color camera to collect environmental color information across a wider spectral range, it improves the accuracy of color recognition and reproduction, making the colors of skin tones, objects, and complex lighting in photos closer to what the human eye sees.

Currently, the Red Maple Original Color Imaging has been upgraded to the second generation and was first featured on the Huawei Mate 80 series.

It should be noted that Huawei has not yet released specific information about this new phone, and the final name, configuration, and price are still pending official confirmation.
