Huawei’s cheapest foldable nova Flip S officially launched: pre-installed with Hongmeng 5.1

Huawei nova Flip S was officially launched today, with a starting price of 3,488 yuan and a first-release discount of 100 yuan, so the starting price is 3,388 yuan. This is Huawei’s cheapest foldable screen mobile phone.

According to the comparison of key parameters of nova Flip S and nova Flip provided by Huawei customer service, nova Flip S has added two new colors: Sky Blue and Feather Sand Black, and comes pre-installed with the HarmonyOS 5.1 operating system. Other specifications are basically the same as nova Flip.

It is understood that nova Flip S continues the appearance design of nova Flip, and still has a 2.14-inch 1:1 square external screen with a resolution of 480*480. It supports fun call display, cute pets, DIY wallpapers, efficient desktop, and external screen live window.

The inner screen is a 6.94-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2690*1136, supporting 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.

Huawei nova Flip S uses the basalt waterdrop hinge system and has obtained the Swiss SGS 1.2 million bending durability certification.

The new phone has a built-in 4400mAh battery, supports 66W wired fast charging, and has a rear 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual camera.

As for the chip information that everyone is concerned about, Huawei has not announced it yet, and there is no definite information at present. Consumers need to wait until they get the new phone and check it through third-party software.
