OnePlus 16’s new “Starlight” color scheme debuts:

OnePlus officially unveiled the design of the OnePlus 16 today, with three color options: Tomorrow’s Starlight, Dark Forest, and Martian Masterpiece.

In terms of design, the OnePlus 16 adopts a square metal Deco style and is equipped with a custom AI button and a body with large rounded corners, continuing OnePlus’s exquisite and flat design style.

It also incorporates a brand-new silk glass process, which feels delicate and comfortable to the touch and is not easy to attract fingerprints.

Among them, Tomorrow’s Starlight is the most special color scheme. This version adds interstellar light effects, is equipped with a breathing light for the first time, and its recognizability is further enhanced when the “16” and galactic coordinates on the back of the device are lit up.

OnePlus China President Li Jie stated that Tomorrow’s Starlight is not just a color scheme, but also a wish: “Find what you truly love and keep doing it. Aim towards the brightest star in the night sky, unlock a stronger version of yourself, and you will eventually become that brightest star.”

In terms of core configuration, the OnePlus 16 will be equipped with the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra flagship chip and a built-in 9000mAh large battery, supporting 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

The new machine will be the first to use BOE’s new generation Oriental screen, and will be jointly customized with BOE using the new X4 luminescent material, further upgrading the display effect and power consumption control.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 16 supports a global 165Hz high refresh rate, which can reach up to 185Hz in gaming scenarios, further enhancing the high refresh rate experience.

In terms of imaging, the OnePlus 16 adopts a triple-lens rear camera setup, with the main camera being 200 megapixels and featuring a 1/1.4-inch sensor.

In addition, the new phone will also be equipped with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, with the periscope telephoto lens having a 1/1.95-inch sensor size.
