Poco Finally Confirms Chipset Powering the F8 Ultra and F8 Pro

Poco has officially confirmed the chipset specifications for its highly awaited smartphones the Poco F8 Ultra and Poco F8 Pro which are scheduled to be launched worldwide on November 26.

In an official post on its social media channel, Poco confirmed that the upcoming F8 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The brand also confirmed that the Poco F8 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. These specification suggest that both models will deliver top tier performance making them ideal for gaming, content creation and demanding apps.

Poco has confirmed that the F8 Ultra will feature a dedicated VisionBoost D8 chipset. This chipset is said to offer improved detail processing and AI Super Resolution enabling clearer images and smarter image enhancements. With this addition, the F8 Ultra aims to deliver a high quality photography experience compared to previous models.

Poco recently revealed the design of its upcoming smartphones and many users have pointed out that the models closely resemble the Redmi K90 and K90 Pro Max series. The layout of the cameras, the shape of the frame and the overall build style all reflect that familiar Redmi approach. Along with the updated design the F8 Ultra will feature a 2.1 audio setup that includes a separate rear woofer. The audio system has been fine-tuned by Bose to deliver richer sound, deeper low tones and a more immersive audio experience for users.
