Recently, several tech media outlets and digital bloggers have reported that Huawei plans to hold the “Pura Pioneer Ceremony and All-Scenario New Product Launch” in late April 2026.

According to various sources, the event is expected to be held in Shanghai between April 20 and 29, showcasing a large lineup of new products covering multiple product lines, including smartphones, foldable screens, and wearable devices.

It is understood that the mobile phone product line will be the focus of this grand event. Among them, the most anticipated is the imaging flagship Pura 90 series, which is expected to include multiple models such as the standard version and the Pro Max.

According to reports, the series may return to a flat screen design and receive a comprehensive upgrade in performance and imaging system.

Meanwhile, the Pura X2, a flagship with a wide foldable screen, will also be a major highlight, with its internal screen size expected to increase to approximately 7.69 inches, providing a visual experience close to that of a small tablet.

Another “wide folding” phone, the Pura Fold (tentative name), should not be overlooked. It is likely to be a direct competitor to Apple’s first foldable phone, the iPhone Fold.

In addition to smartphones, this launch event will also cover a wider range of “all-scenario” ecosystem products.

Huawei reportedly plans to launch a series of new products in April, including AI glasses, next-generation wireless headphones, smart wearables, tablets, and high-performance displays. This rapid pace of product releases has been described by some media outlets as Huawei’s “tech Spring Festival Gala.”

Currently, Huawei has not officially announced the specific date and detailed agenda for the launch event. If the above leaks are true, this will be an extremely important product showcase for Huawei in the first half of 2026.
