Samsung Galaxy A37 and A57 Fast Charging Specs Revealed
Samsung is reportedly preparing to launch at least five new smartphones next month. Among these upcoming devices, two are expected to belong to the mid range Galaxy A series. The Galaxy A37 is expected to receive enhancements in camera performance whereas the Galaxy A57 may feature stronger hardware for improved speed and efficiency. Recent leaks have also revealed new information about their battery capacities and charging capabilities.
The Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 have reportedly appeared in the TUV certification database as spotted by TheTechOutlook. The certification details show that the Galaxy A37 is equipped with a 4,905mAh rated battery which will most likely be advertised as a 5,000mAh unit. However, the certification does not provide details about the Galaxy A57’s battery size. Despite this, both phones are shown to support 45W fast wired charging at 10V and 4.5A.
Earlier reports indicate that the Galaxy A37 is expected to come with an upgraded 50MP primary camera featuring a 1/1.56 inch sensor which is the same camera used in the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy S25. Both phones are also expected to feature an 8MP ultra wide camera and a 12MP selfie camera. In addition, the primary rear camera on both devices is likely to support optical image stabilization, 4K video recording at 30fps, and Super HDR technology.
Both the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 were previously spotted in the Geekbench database, revealing some details about their performance. The Galaxy A37 is expected to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1480 processor. On the other hand, the Galaxy A57 is expected to come with the more advanced Exynos 1680 processor which has not been officially announced yet and is believed to support Bluetooth 6.0. Reports also suggest that Samsung could launch both smartphones in early February.
