Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge passed certification: 5.74mm thinnest Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition flagship

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge mobile phone has officially passed the certification of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the United States. Its US version model is SM-S937U/SM-S937U1, and its Indian version model is SM-S937B/DS.

This certification exposed many configurations of the machine, attracting widespread attention in the market.

Judging from the certification documents, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge supports 5G networks and is compatible with WiFi 7, low-energy Bluetooth, NFC and UWB ultra-wideband technology. Even with such a slim body, it can still meet the needs of users in on-site communications and various device interaction scenarios.

In addition, the phone is also equipped with a 25W wired charger EP-T2510 and a 1-meter-long Type-C data cable EP-DN980, supports wireless charging and IP68 waterproof, bringing users a more convenient and reliable use experience.

Previously, data from the GeekBench benchmark database for the US version of the Galaxy S25 Edge showed that the phone was equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition for Galaxy chip, with a main frequency of up to 4.47GHz . In single-core and multi-core tests, it scored 2969 and 9486 points respectively, and was equipped with 12GB of RAM and Android 15 system.

According to the information currently revealed, the thickness of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to reach 5.74mm, making it the thinnest flagship phone among the current Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition phones .
