Thanos Ultra is coming! vivo X300 Ultra to be released in Q1.

Blogger Digital Chat Station confirmed in an article today that the vivo X300 Ultra is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2026. The release date has not yet been set, but there is still hope that it will be launched earlier.

Meanwhile, the vivo X300 Ultra is also confirmed to support eSIM, and is expected to be able to achieve quad SIM dual standby, which will most likely become a standard feature of new flagship phones in the next year.

The vivo X300 Ultra will feature a 6.82-inch 2K BOE flat screen with a four-sided narrow bezel design and is expected to use the LTPO solution.

The rear camera Deco retains its large circular design, with a similar degree of protrusion as its predecessor. The camera button has been removed from the side of the phone, and it is powered by Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra.

According to previous leaks, the vivo X300 Ultra will be equipped with a 200MP 35mm ultra-large sensor main camera, a 50MP 1/1.28-inch ultra-large sensor ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 200MP large sensor periscope telephoto camera, forming a brand-new dual 200MP triple camera all-large sensor solution.

It is worth noting that its main sensor is expected to support multi-focal length continuous optical zoom, similar to the popular Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

However, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra only supports continuous optical zoom in its telephoto lens, which is limited to four focal lengths from 75 to 100mm. If the vivo X300 Ultra were to achieve continuous optical zoom in its main camera, it would be more practical and more frequently used for everyday photography.

In addition, the vivo X300 Ultra is expected to still feature a teleconverter co-developed with Zeiss, enabling a 200mm telephoto lens.
