The iQOO 15 Ultra tops the list in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Fast Technology reported that AnTuTu released its May 2026 ranking of Android phones by price-performance ratio. The ranking for the high-end price segment above 4000 yuan has been updated, with the iQOO 15 Ultra taking first place thanks to its powerful performance and reasonable pricing.

This ranking is calculated based on a combination of benchmark scores and selling price, and only includes models sold directly by JD.com, making the data more representative of actual purchases. Models priced above 4000 yuan all use the Snapdragon 8 Ultra Gen5 chip, with little difference in performance; the main differences lie in battery life, screen quality, and price.

The iQOO 15 Ultra, with its 16GB+256GB version priced at 4349 yuan, boasts an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 4 million, achieving a price-performance ratio of 920.8, topping the list in its price segment.

The model features a 2K 144Hz high refresh rate screen, a 7400mAh large battery and 100W fast charging, balancing performance, battery life and screen experience, making it an outstanding all-rounder.

The second place goes to the Red Magic 11 Pro , which focuses on gaming experience, features built-in fan cooling, a powerful 8000mAh battery, and a 12+256GB version priced at 4498 yuan, making it a great value for money.

The third-place Xiaomi 17 Max features a 6.9-inch large screen and an 8000mAh battery. The 12+256GB version is priced at 4299 yuan, and it scores over 3.63 million in benchmark tests, making it suitable for users who prioritize a large screen and long battery life.

The list shows that this year, high-end Android phones have generally adopted flagship chips and large batteries. In the price range above 4000 yuan, brand is no longer the sole factor; price-performance ratio has become an important consideration. For users with a sufficient budget who want a top-of-the-line phone, these three models offer excellent performance and battery life, and can be chosen based on size, heat dissipation, and imaging preferences.
