Unisoc released the T8300 5G SoC, which supports 5G dual SIM dual standby, the latest Android 15, is equipped with the 7th generation Vivimagic imaging engine, Hi-Fi-level sound quality, and integrates 5G NR NTN satellite communication for the first time.

The Unisoc T8300 adopts a 6nm process and an eight-core CPU architecture, consisting of two Arm Cortex-A78 large cores with a main frequency of 2.2GHz and six Arm Cortex-A55 cores with a main frequency of 2.0GHz. The A78 main frequency has increased energy efficiency by 28% compared to the previous generation of products.

The combination of Mali G57 dual-core GPU architecture, high-speed flash memory UFS2.2 and LPDDR4X allows the T8300 to break 510,000 points in AnTuTu V10’s running score.

The chip is equipped with the 7th generation Vivimagic imaging engine and the new 7th generation quad-core ISP, with a shooting and processing speed of 1.6 billion pixels per second, supports 108-megapixel shooting, as well as 32MP 25fps and 16M+16M dual-camera ZSL photography.

It also integrates the new 3A algorithm 5.0, supports the new multi-frame multi-exposure Raw domain super night scene XDR algorithm, and improves the portrait shooting experience.

UNISOC T8300 is equipped with Hi-Fi4 for the first time, providing Hi-Fi-level sound quality experience and supporting customization of DSP software architecture.

The chip is equipped with the new UNISOC Miracle Gaming engine, which integrates five core engines: scheduling, networking, graphics, memory, and storage. It supports mainstream games such as “Honor of Kings” with 90 frames of high-definition graphics.

UNISOC T8300 fully supports the latest 3GPP R17 standard and integrates 5G NR NTN satellite communication, 5G MBS broadcast and other functions, bringing users a more diversified and convenient 5G experience.

T8300 supports 5G NR single carrier aggregation technology, which can achieve 100MHz spectrum bandwidth aggregation. It also supports 2G to 5G multi-mode full network access, SA and NSA dual-mode, dual-SIM dual VoNR and VoWiFi. Compared with the previous generation, the power consumption in typical 5G scenarios is reduced by more than 20%.
