Vivo X200T Officially Revealed: Specs, Launch Date and Design Details
Vivo currently has a series of smartphones called the X200 series, which already includes five different models. Today, vivo shared the news that another smartphone will soon join this series. The new phone is expected to be called the X200T and will be available next week.
The vivo X200T is set to be officially unveiled in India on January 27 and the event will begin at 12 PM local time. The company describes the X200T as a device “engineered for travel and real world photography” highlighting its features for users who enjoy taking pictures during their travels. The phone will come in two stylish colors which are called Seaside Lilac and Stellar Black.
Vivo has confirmed that the X200T will be equipped with the Dimensity 9400+ chipset which promises fast and efficient performance. The phone will come with OriginOS 6 pre-installed giving users immediate access to all its features. The device will feature a 6.67 inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. Vivo also mentions that the display was co-developed with ZEISS to deliver exceptional image quality.
When it comes to photography, the vivo X200T is set to impress with its cameras. It will feature a 32 megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video calls. On the back, the phone has three 50MP sensors that have been specially tuned with ZEISS to deliver excellent image quality. vivo is advertising the camera system with 100x Hyperzoom, 20x Telephoto Macro and Multi Focal HD Portrait (23mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 100mm).
The vivo X200T will feature IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it resistant to dust and water even in more extreme conditions. The smartphone will be powered by a 6,200 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging, allowing users to recharge it quickly. It will also include bypass charging, a feature that lets gamers continue playing while the phone charges without affecting performance.
Vivo has not yet shared the official price of the X200T. However, an image from vivo confirms that the phone will be sold in India. Customers can purchase it through vivo’s official website, on Flipkart and at offline retail stores across the country.
