vivo X300E Price Announced: Snapdragon 8 Gen5 + Zeiss Super Telephoto Lens, Starting at 4799 Yuan

Fast Technology reported that vivo announced the official pre-sale of the vivo X300E. Instead of holding a dedicated launch event, vivo directly announced the final price of the new product.

The 12GB+256GB version is priced at 4799 yuan, and the 12GB+512GB version is priced at 5299 yuan. The phone is available in three colors: Sunlight Orange, Moonlight White, and Midnight Black, to cater to different user aesthetic preferences.

Compared to the X300, one of the biggest changes in the vivo X300E is the design of its camera module. The new phone no longer uses a circular camera module, but instead adopts a small square matrix DECO design, resulting in a cleaner and more streamlined overall style. At the same time, the new Sunlight Orange color scheme gives the phone a high degree of recognizability and a more striking visual effect.

Another major change is that the phone is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen5 flagship platform. This chip will be officially released in November 2025 and is manufactured using TSMC’s 3nm process. The CPU uses Qualcomm’s self-developed Oryon architecture, equipped with two 3.8GHz super cores and six 3.32GHz performance cores; the GPU is upgraded to Adreno 840, and the NPU uses the Hexagon architecture.

In terms of performance, compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 offers a 36% improvement in CPU performance, an 11% improvement in GPU performance, a 46% improvement in AI performance, and a 13% reduction in overall SoC power consumption, demonstrating a steady improvement in overall performance.

In terms of imaging, the vivo X300E is equipped with a 50MP Zeiss super-sensitive large-sensor main camera, a 50MP Zeiss super telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Combined with vivo’s exclusive self-developed algorithms, this phone can easily capture exciting moments on a live house stage.

In addition, it offers a variety of film styles to choose from, including spotlight, rich, cool white, negative, positive, texture, black and white, etc. Users can create a rich film atmosphere with just one click.

Finally, let’s summarize the core specifications of the vivo X300E. This phone features a 6.59-inch screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 50MP front-facing camera, and a rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Zeiss main sensor, a 50MP Zeiss telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

It features a built-in 7200mAh battery, supports 90W wired fast charging, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 flash storage, and supports ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint recognition. The body is only 7.79mm thick and weighs just 199.5g, balancing performance and portability.
