Recently, the tech community has been stirred by the appearance of a mysterious new device, codenamed “Xiaomi suiren” (燧人氏), on the well-known benchmarking platform Geekbench. This device has been confirmed by several digital bloggers to be the much-anticipated Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Geekbench Score

According to the Geekbench database, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship mobile platform and comes with up to 16GB of RAM. In the single-core test, the device achieved an impressive score of 2336, while in the multi-core test, it reached a high score of 6837. However, it’s important to note that these scores may not be entirely accurate as the device tested is still a prototype.

Phone’s Camera Specs

In addition to its powerful performance, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is set to make significant strides in its imaging capabilities. The device is rumored to feature a new 1-inch main camera sensor, along with two telephoto lenses, each with 50 million pixels. One lens offers a 3.2X optical zoom, while the other provides a 5X periscope zoom.

Along with an ultra-wide-angle lens, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra continues the trend of having a quad-camera setup on the back. The main sensor, developed by Sony, is the latest LYT-900, known for its exceptional power efficiency, especially in reducing heat and power consumption during video recording.

Furthermore, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to house a substantial 5180mAh battery, catering to the needs of users who require long-lasting performance. The device is also rumored to support ultrasonic fingerprint recognition and satellite communication features.

Xiaomi’s Flagship

From the information leaked so far, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is shaping up to be a versatile flagship device. It is anticipated to be officially launched sometime in March. Fans of the brand and tech enthusiasts alike are eagerly awaiting its release to experience the full range of its capabilities.
