Xiaomi Launches Entry-Level Redmi 13C 5G For $105: Here Are The Images

Xiaomi has recently unveiled the Redmi 13C, positioning it as an entry-level 5G smartphone with an attractive price tag of just 749 yuan or $105 only. This new model has already arrived at our review lab, and we’re excited to share a closer look at its features.

The Redmi 13C boasts a trendy, compact design with two color options: Rainbow Star Yarn and Star Rock Black. It features a 6.74-inch LCD waterdrop screen on the front, supporting a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate for a smooth visual experience. The screen has received TÜV Rheinland’s software-level low blue light certification and flicker-free certification, ensuring comfortable viewing with full DC dimming to prevent flickering and reduce eye strain.

On the back, the Redmi 13C sports a camera module similar to the Xiaomi 12, equipped with a 50 million pixel main camera and a 2 million pixel secondary camera. Enhanced by Xiaomi’s image processing technology, the camera offers faster startup and shooting speeds. The device also features an upgraded side-mounted fingerprint sensor for convenient access.

Performance-wise, the Redmi 13C is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ octa-core processor, built on a 6nm process. It includes 2 Arm Cortex-A76 big cores and 6 Arm Cortex-A55 efficiency cores, with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, achieving benchmark scores of around 400,000 points.

The smartphone is fitted with a large 5000mAh battery, offering a standby time of up to 17.02 days and supporting 18W fast charging. This combination of features makes the Redmi 13C a compelling option for those seeking an affordable 5G smartphone with solid performance and features.
