The upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone is getting hot on heels and we get frequent leaks from industry experts, focusing on its advanced camera features a recent leak from a Chinese leaker who posted the image of the camera lens, and exposed the lens and aperture details of Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

Camera Module Design

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra continues the circular camera module design of its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The Leica Summilux logo is prominently displayed, indicating the collaboration with Leica for the camera system.

Advanced Camera Specifications

According to the leaked information. The primary camera features an aperture range of f/1.63 to f/4.0, and the periscope lens has an aperture of f/2.5. Additionally, the device is equipped with a 3.2x telephoto lens and a 122° ultra-wide-angle camera, both with 50-megapixel sensors.

Processor and Battery

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen3 processor and includes a large 5180mAh battery. It supports 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

Unique Camera Capabilities

The rear camera setup includes four 50-megapixel cameras, covering a full focal length range of 12mm to 120mm. The main camera uses the Sony LYT900 sensor, which supports a multi-stage variable aperture, a rare feature in smartphone cameras.

The Sony LYT900 sensor, a new model released by Sony, has a 1-inch size and 50-megapixel resolution. It supports 8K video recording and high-speed continuous shooting at 120 frames per second. The sensor also features Sony’s unique 2×2 OCL technology for full-pixel focusing, enhancing focus speed and accuracy.

Dynamic Range and Noise Reduction
