The global version of Xiaomi 15 Ultra has passed the EMVCo certification, is pre-installed with the HyperOS 2.0 system based on Android 15, and supports NFC connection.

As per past practice, Xiaomi Mi 15 Ultra will be released in China first, and then debut overseas and enter the global market.

The Chinese version of Xiaomi 15 Ultra currently has all three certificates and is awaiting release. It will be launched in February and will most likely be the first super-cup flagship after the Spring Festival.

The appearance continues the ring-shaped lens design, and the periscope telephoto lens is cleverly located in the upper right corner of the ring-shaped lens, with three cameras arranged side by side below it.

Imaging is still the focus of Xiaomi 15 Ultra. It will be equipped with a new Leica quad-camera. The main camera is still the 1/0.98-inch YT900, which is also the most powerful sensor in the industry.

The periscope telephoto lens has been upgraded to a 200-megapixel sensor, which is expected to be the Samsung ISOCELL HP9. It has a large 1/1.4-inch bottom and is equipped with 4×4 pixel merging technology, which can capture clear and visible long-range images even in dim light.

According to reports, this lens can achieve 100x AI fusion zoom, which allows ultra-long-distance shooting with clear details.

In addition, it is also equipped with a 50-megapixel upright portrait telephoto lens and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens.

The front uses a 2K equal-depth micro-curved screen, supports ultrasonic screen fingerprint, and is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition.

It is expected to be equipped with a large-capacity 6000mAh battery and support 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra will also come standard with Tiantong satellite communication. The top-end version supports the dual-star system and adds Beidou satellite communication. This is the first time Xiaomi has used the Beidou system.
