Fast Technology reported that DXOMARK, a testing organization, recently released the imaging scores of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

In the DXOMARK Imaging 6th Edition benchmark test, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra scored 166 points, ranking 6th in the global imaging rankings, tied with the OPPO Find X9 Pro.

DXOMARK commented that
the Xiaomi 17 Ultra has a very balanced overall performance, with stable performance across all focal lengths from ultra-wide-angle to telephoto, excellent performance in low-light environments, and clean noise control.

In real-world shooting, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra demonstrated natural exposure of people and rich detail, with high-level telephoto performance, stable white balance, and accurate color reproduction in most scenarios.

DXOMARK also pointed out that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra occasionally experiences fluctuations in exposure and white balance during video recording, and its autofocus is sometimes unstable. Face tracking also experiences brief loss of focus, indicating that there is still room for optimization.

As Xiaomi’s most powerful imaging flagship ever, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra’s main camera is equipped with the Light Hunter 1050L sensor co-developed with Leica. It boasts a 1-inch ultra-large sensor size, 50 million pixels, and adopts the third-generation LOFIC ultra-dimensional light-sensing technology, with a dynamic range approaching 110dB.

In terms of telephoto, this phone is equipped with the industry’s only Leica 200-megapixel continuous optical zoom periscope lens, which uses a 1/1.4-inch large sensor and is the first lens in the mobile phone industry to pass Leica APO apochromatic certification.

Meanwhile, it adopts a 3G+5P dual floating lens group design, supports 75-100mm continuous optical zoom, covering four golden portrait focal lengths of 75mm, 85mm, 90mm and 100mm, with no digital cropping throughout and all outputs of true 200-megapixel resolution.
