On February 22, digital blogger “Oneline Technology” used Doubao Seedance 2.0 to generate a rendering video of the new Xiaomi MIX 5 phone.

In the video, the Xiaomi MIX 5 features a flat screen design, a rear circular imaging module with four cameras, and also supports external lens solutions.

Based on previous leaks, the Xiaomi MIX 5 may feature a 6.8-inch quad-curved OLED flexible screen with a resolution of 2K+ (approximately 3080 x 1440 or higher), and support for 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate technology and high-frequency PWM dimming to balance smooth display with eye protection.

This device is very likely to continue and upgrade the under-display camera solution, completely hiding the front camera under the screen.

There are currently several rumors regarding the imaging system configuration. Earlier specifications suggested that the Xiaomi MIX 5 might feature a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 108MP main camera, a 13MP freeform wide-angle lens, and an 8MP periscope telephoto lens.

The latest leaks point to a more radical solution, such as a rear multi-camera system that supports high-magnification optical zoom, and there are even reports that it may support the expansion capability of external magnetic professional lenses.

Previously, Xiaomi showcased a concept product called “Xiaomi Modular Optical System” at MWC 2025, which is a dedicated lens that connects to a mobile phone via magnetic attraction.

Earlier, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun also personally demonstrated the technology in a live broadcast, saying that it uses a custom M4/3 sensor and a large F1.4 aperture to achieve shooting effects at a professional 35mm focal length.
