The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to launch sometime in March and a recent rumor from a tipster on X has revealed possible details about its main camera. According to this rumor, the phone’s main camera is expected to use Sony’s newly revealed Lytia 901 sensor. This sensor is said to be a 1/1.12 inch type with a high 200MP resolution and the main camera will reportedly feature a 23mm focal length.

The ultrawide camera is said to use Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor. This sensor is a 1/2.76 inch unit with a 50MP resolution. This camera is expected to use a 15mm focal length lens. The rumor also claims that this JN5 sensor will appear again in a telephoto camera which will have a 230mm focal length and support 10x optical zoom.

Last but not least, the phone is also expected to feature a 70mm periscope telephoto camera. This camera will reportedly feature the OmniVision OV52A sensor which measures 1/1.28 inches and offers a 200MP resolution. The camera is expected to support 3x optical zoom.

If these details are correct, which is far from certain given that the source has little to no history of reliable leaks, the camera setup would be quite intriguing. It would include two zoom cameras with the shorter zoom camera featuring a much larger sensor compared to the other zoom lens.
