Fast Technology reported that Energizer plans to launch a rugged phone with exceptional battery life called the P30K Apex. The phone’s key highlight is its massive 30,000mAh battery, roughly equivalent to the combined battery capacity of seven iPhone 17 Pro phones.

According to the official statement, thanks to this massive battery, the P30K Apex can last up to a month in standby or light mixed usage modes. This means users can significantly reduce charging frequency, making it particularly suitable for extended outdoor adventures or extreme environments with limited power.

Despite its massive battery capacity, the charging efficiency is somewhat lacking. The phone currently only supports 66W fast charging, and considering its staggering 30,000mAh capacity, fully charging it will be a rather lengthy process.

In terms of core hardware configuration, the P30K Apex performs very well. It is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage, ensuring smooth system operation and ample data storage.

In terms of screen, the phone features a 6.95-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2460×1080, providing a clear visual experience. For its imaging system, the new phone boasts a 200-megapixel main sensor on the rear camera and a 50-megapixel front camera, placing its photography specifications among the top tier for rugged phones.

Although the official price has not yet been finalized, the phone’s unique features have sparked considerable discussion among netizens. Because its battery capacity far exceeds civil aviation safety standards, such devices are typically not allowed on airplanes in China, which limits its usability to some extent.
