Honor 400 released in May, the world’s first fourth-generation Snapdragon 7

Qualcomm’s fourth-generation Snapdragon 7 processor was released a few days ago. Honor will be the first global launch of this processor, and the first model will be Honor 400.

The fourth-generation Snapdragon 7 uses TSMC’s 4nm process. The CPU uses a 1+4+3 combination for the first time, including 1 super core A720 2.8GHz, 4 performance cores A720 2.4GHz, and 3 energy-efficient cores A520 1.8GHz.

It is reported that the multi-core performance of the fourth-generation Snapdragon 7 is improved by up to 27% compared with the third-generation Snapdragon 7, and the GPU graphics rendering speed is increased by up to 30% compared with the previous generation.

The Honor 400 series will be released in May, bringing two models, Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro. The latter will be equipped with a full-blooded version of the third-generation Snapdragon 8 processor.

The entire Honor 400 series adopts a straight-screen design. Among them, the Honor 400 Pro adopts a 6.55-inch centered hole-punch screen, with a body as thin as 7.8 mm and weighing 196 grams.

It is understood that the Honor 400 series is the world’s first to launch the streaming brocade process, which presses and fuses silk-feeling fibers with materials such as mother-of-pearl powder layer by layer in a vacuum environment.
