Honor Preparing to Showcase Its First Humanoid Robot at MWC
Honor has already confirmed that it plans to unveil the Magic V6 foldable smartphone and the Honor Robot Phone at Mobile World Congress (MWC). Now the company has shared more details about its lineup for the event revealing that additional devices will also be showcased. Among the additions is another robot further highlighting Honor’s ambition to expand into futuristic smart technologies.
The Honor Magic V6 is set to claim the title of the foldable smartphone with the largest battery capacity on the market. In addition to the foldable, the company plans to showcase the Honor MagicPad 4 and the MagicBook Pro 14. Both products are said to combine sleek, ultra slim builds with a strong focus on AI driven functionality.

One announcement that truly caught us off guard is Honor’s plan to unveil its debut humanoid robot. The company has yet to reveal concrete specifications or features leaving much to the imagination. Beyond the teaser image above and the linked teaser video below, no further details have been disclosed.
Honor’s strong focus on AI development extends beyond software, yet humanoid robots belong to a completely different class than LLMs. The development process is inherently more complex, as engineers cannot simply scrape the Internet for training material. Instead humanoid robots depend on physical testing, sensor data and real world environments to learn and improve.
Building on the Alpha Plan that it unveiled at MWC last year, Honor says that “this year’s launch will highlight our latest progress from flagship devices to robotics innovation further advancing our vision of a human machine synergized future.”
