Honor’s most powerful flagship series, the Honor 500, is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 series platform.

Honor engineer Feng revealed that the entire Honor 500 series is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chips, which not only provide long battery life but also bring Phantom Engine 3.0 to gaming scenarios, allowing for full performance.

According to leaks, the standard version of the Honor 500 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen4 chip, while the Honor 500 Pro is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra platform , the latter being the most powerful flagship in Honor’s history.

In terms of specifications, the Snapdragon 8 Ultra uses Qualcomm’s self-developed Oryon CPU architecture. Compared with the third-generation Snapdragon 8, the former has a 45% improvement in single-core performance and a 45% improvement in multi-core performance. It is manufactured based on TSMC’s 3nm process and has powerful performance.

In terms of industrial design, according to the line drawings published by the blogger Digital Chat Station, the new Honor 500 series phones adopt a brand-new horizontal runway DECO design and a large rounded corner straight screen design, which is in line with Apple’s design and has a very high degree of recognition. Combined with a metal frame and glass back cover, the texture is full of quality.

The Honor 500 series has already obtained network access permission, and the phone is expected to be unveiled as early as this month.
