Huawei Mate 80 series sales approach 4 million: successfully surpassing Xiaomi 17 series.
Blogger “RD Observation” recently released domestic flagship mobile phone sales data for the eighth week of 2026. The cumulative sales of Huawei Mate 80 series reached 3.7796 million units, surpassing Xiaomi 17 series’ 3.7783 million units by 0.13 million units.
The Huawei Mate 80 series was officially released in November 2025. As of the time of this data collection, the series has been on sale for 87 days, and its sales volume during the same period far exceeds that of Huawei’s previous flagship Mate 70 series.
It is reported that the Huawei Mate 70 series achieved cumulative sales of 2.8 million units in 88 days after its launch, while the Mate 80 series achieved sales growth of nearly 1 million units in a shorter period.
In this statistic, in addition to the overall sales of 3.7783 million units for the Xiaomi 17 series, its Ultra version alone sold 157,600 units.
In addition, RD Observation also released sales figures for the OPPO Find X9 series and the vivo X300 series, with the former reaching approximately 1.3501 million units and the latter reaching 1.6505 million units.
The sales growth of the Huawei Mate 80 series has made it the best-selling flagship product among domestic brands. The series is equipped with Kirin series processors and Harmony OS 6 system, with prices starting from 4,699 yuan.
