Huawei Mate XT 2 Master Edition Pre-orders Open: All models come standard with 16GB of RAM!
The Huawei Mate XT 2 Extraordinary Master has been listed on the official website and is now available for pre-order, with all version information released.
The Mate XT 2 is available in three colors: Black, White, and Purple.
There are four versions available: 16GB+512GB, 16GB+1TB, 16GB+1TB Lingdun privacy screen, and 16GB+2TB Lingdun privacy screen stylus set.

It should be noted that all color options are available for the first three versions, while the top-of-the-line 16GB+2TB Lingdun privacy screen stylus set is only available in the Jinzi color.
The Huawei Mate XT 2 Extraordinary Master has further adjusted its folding architecture, adopting a brand-new “wing-shaped triple folding” form. The body can be unfolded outward from the left and right sides, making it more intuitive and easy to use.
Meanwhile, the new model adopts a central axis symmetrical design, which makes the weight distribution of the whole machine more balanced and more comfortable to hold when unfolded.
According to reports, the Huawei Mate XT 2 Extraordinary Master is the first foldable phone to incorporate both internal and external screens within its ultra-thin 3.5mm body. When unfolded, it remains the thinnest and largest foldable phone in the industry.

Yu Chengdong stated that this is due to the team’s extreme pursuit of overall architecture design and the thinning and lightening of components.
In addition to the change in form factor, the new phone has also undergone a comprehensive upgrade in reliability, including a more powerful external screen, a more durable internal screen, and a more precise hinge system, further enhancing its drop and impact resistance.

It’s worth noting that the Mate XT 2’s external screen is also quite noteworthy. Its front camera punch-hole maintains the pill-shaped design of the flagship candybar phone, and it is expected to support 3D face recognition, which will significantly improve security and recognition speed, and will also support face payment.
In terms of performance, there were previous reports that the Huawei Mate XT 2 Master was expected to be the first to use the Kirin 9050 chip, but the latest news indicates that the new phone will still be equipped with the Kirin 9030S.
