Huawei nova12 Ultra Star Edition announced: going on sale on May 17
Huawei officially announced a new phone today – nova12 Ultra Star Edition.
Officials stated that the machine will be officially released at 10:08 on May 17, and the configuration and price information have not yet been announced.
There are reports that the Huawei nova12 Ultra Star Edition is a core-replacement version, and the price has increased slightly.
Given that the nova12 Ultra previously used the Kirin 9000SL chip, the new Star Edition may use the full-blooded Kirin 9000S.
It is reported that Kirin 9000SL can be regarded as the youth version of Kirin 9000S. The former cuts off one Taishan architecture core and one A150 small core. The maximum frequency is 2.35GHz, and the GPU is consistent with the Kirin 9000S.
After replacing the Kirin 9000S, the performance output of the nova12 Ultra Star Edition will be stronger, but the specific detailed changes have to wait for the official announcement.
Other aspects are likely to be completely inherited. The front adopts a 6.76-inch deep four-micro-curved design, covered with second-generation Kunlun glass, and supports 1-120Hz LTPO dynamic adaptive refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
The rear 50-megapixel physical variable aperture lens is upgraded to the second-generation variable aperture system from F1.4 to F4.0. The front dual cameras are a 60-megapixel ultra-wide-angle tracking lens + an 8-megapixel zoom portrait close-up lens. Built-in 4600mAh large battery, supports 100W fast charging.
Supports two-way Beidou satellite messages. When there is no ground network signal, messages can also be sent through Beidou satellites to achieve two-way communication between the caller and the rescuer.
