Lei Jun uses the Xuanjie chip three-piece set: Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi Tablet 7 Ultra, Xiaomi Watch S4

Lei Jun posted a message this morning saying that he has received the Xiaomi 15S Pro ordered yesterday and plans to put it away and continue to use it as an engineering test machine.
At the same time, he also said: “I will use all three sets of Xuanjie chips!”

The Xuanjie chip set is the three new products launched at the conference two days ago, namely: Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi Tablet 7 Ultra, and Xiaomi Watch S4 eSIM 15th Anniversary Edition.
Among them, Xiaomi 15S Pro and Xiaomi Tablet 7 Ultra simultaneously launched Xuanjie 01, which adopts the industry’s most advanced second-generation 3nm process for mass production, and successfully integrates 19 billion transistors in a small space of only 109mm².
The CPU adopts a ten-core architecture, including 2*Cortex-X925 super cores + 4*Cortex-A725 performance cores + 2*Cortex-A725 energy-efficient cores + 2*Cortex-A520 super energy-efficient cores.
In comparison, Xiaomi’s latest model A18 Pro, which is also TSMC’s second-generation 3nm, has approximately 20 billion transistors and an area of approximately 105mm². The two are basically on par.

In terms of GPU, Xuanjie O1 is equipped with the latest Immortalis-G925, and has up to 16 cores (Dimensity 9400 has 12 cores). The actual GFXBench Manhattan 3.1 test leads Apple by 43%, and Aztec 2K leads by as much as 57%.
In addition, Xuanjie O1 also integrates Xiaomi’s self-developed fourth-generation ISP technology, which can process up to 8.7 billion pixels per second.

The NPU part is also self-developed by Xiaomi, adopts a 6-core architecture, has 18432 multipliers and accumulators, and a computing power of 44 TOPS.
The Xiaomi Watch S4 eSIM 15th Anniversary Edition is equipped with the Xuanjie T1 chip, which has Xiaomi’s self-developed 4G baseband built in. It supports 4G-eSIM independent communication and is said to improve 4G-LTE real network performance by 35% and reduce data power consumption by 27%.
