Blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that the theoretical running score of MediaTek Dimensity 9500 on AnTuTu is over 4 million, and both vivo and OPPO will use this chip.

Not only that, vivo and OPPO are considering using 1TB 4-Lane UFS 4.1 flash memory on their top-end models , which will increase the running score by another 80,000-100,000 points.

It is reported that the Dimensity 9500 is manufactured based on TSMC’s third-generation 3nm process N3P. The CPU adopts the new Arm full-core architecture, consisting of 1×4.21GHz Travis+3×3.50GHz Alto+4×2.7GHz Gelas, and integrates the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU.

The Ravis and Alto here are both Arm Cortex-X9 series super cores, and Gelas is an Arm Cortex-A7 series large core. While improving the IPC (instructions per cycle) performance, the overall energy efficiency has achieved a leapfrog upgrade.

In addition, the Dimensity 9500 mobile ray tracing frame rate is expected to exceed 100FPS, bringing a 100+FPS ray tracing mobile gaming experience. This time, MediaTek has fully unleashed the performance potential of Arm’s latest Drage GPU, and the gaming experience is worth looking forward to.

This chip is expected to debut in September and will compete with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip that will be unveiled at the same time.
