No Pro version of OnePlus Ace 6 exposed: Snapdragon 8 Elite+ metal frame
Blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that the OnePlus Ace 6 will be launched in Q4 this year. The phone will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship platform and will not be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite 2.
The phone will feature a 1.5K straight screen, a metal frame, and support 3D ultrasonic screen fingerprint recognition. According to leaks, there will be no Pro version of the OnePlus Ace 6 this time, and only one model will be released.
Compared with the previous generation Ace 5, the processor of OnePlus Ace 6 has been upgraded from Snapdragon 8 Gen3 to Snapdragon 8 Elite, and the fingerprint has been upgraded from short-focus fingerprint to 3D ultrasonic screen fingerprint.
In addition, the OnePlus Ace 6 is equipped with the new Fengchi gaming kernel. By modifying more than 25,000 lines of original code in the underlying kernel of the Android system, it achieves a precise match between chip performance and game requirements, greatly reducing the power consumption of single-frame rendering in game scenarios, and bringing a significant improvement in the gaming experience. OPPO has also applied for 254 patents for this.
It is worth noting that OnePlus opened a new product line in Q4 this year, which is equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 series platform SM8845.
