OnePlus Technology’s Li Jie announced that the second-generation Oriental Screen will be officially unveiled in October and will be launched globally for the first time by OnePlus mobile phones.

Although Li Jie did not announce the OnePlus model, it is obvious that the first to launch the second-generation Oriental screen will be the OnePlus 13.

Li Jie said, at this time last year, I witnessed the first Oriental screen production line on BOE’s production line in Chongqing.

OnePlus Oriental Screen has allowed users around the world to feel the brilliance and shock of Chinese screens. This domestically produced 2K screen, which received the DisplayMate A+ rating for the first time, is still the screen ceiling in the industry. The Chinese have since climbed the Mount Everest of screens.

Now, OnePlus and BOE have joined hands again to push screen quality, high-brightness display, and eye protection experience to a new peak in the industry, and to make the Oriental Screen a world-class screen – stay tuned for the second-generation Oriental Screen.

According to the leaked information, the second-generation Oriental screen that will be first installed on the OnePlus 13 adopts a full-depth micro-curved form, and the resolution is still at the 2K level.

Compared with the previous generation of curved screens, the Isobath micro-curved screen has the advantages of both straight screens and curved screens. Its shape is closer to a straight screen, and it is no different from a straight screen in terms of edge anti-mistouch and display effect consistency. But at the same time, it has the grip feel of a curved screen, and its visual beauty and grip comfort are better than other screens.

In addition, this screen also supports 8T LTPO and adopts a center-punch screen design. It is reported that the subsequent OPPO Find X8 Ultra will also use this screen.
