The OnePlus 15 was officially announced in China last month and will launch globally on November 13, only a week away. Ahead of the global launch, OnePlus has revealed additional details about the phone and its specifications.
The international OnePlus 15, like the version released in China, sports a 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, marking an industry first combination. OnePlus claims it delivers a new level of smooth motion paired with stunning, retina level detail.
The display offers up to 1,800 nits in High Brightness Mode and as low as 1 nit, with TÜV Rheinland certification for eye protection. Features include an Eye Comfort Reminder and a gaming Eye Comfort Mode that subtly adjusts color saturation to minimize eye strain.
According to the company, the OnePlus 15 supports 165fps gaming in titles like Call of Duty: Mobile, Brawl Stars and Clash of Clans. For other games, it promises an industry-first always-on 120fps experience with zero frame drops.
It comes with a 360-degree Cryo-Velocity Cooling System, featuring a 5,731mm² 3D vapor chamber, aerospace-inspired aerogel insulation and a white graphite back cover to distribute heat evenly. This setup is designed to keep the phone comfortable to hold, regardless of how long or what you’re playing.
The device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and a dedicated touch response chip supporting 3,200Hz touch sampling. It also has a separate Wi-Fi chip that ensures strong, stable connections even in crowded network environments.
The OnePlus 15 keeps the same 7,300 mAh Silicon NanoStack battery introduced in the Chinese model. With 15% silicon content, it charges at 120W wired or 50W wirelessly, keeps at least 80% of its capacity over four years and performs reliably even in temperatures as low as -20°C.
As expected, the OnePlus 15 ships with OxygenOS 16, based on Android 16. The device is rated IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K, providing strong protection against dust and water.
