OnePlus 15T Expected to Feature Upgraded Periscope Telephoto Lens
OnePlus is gearing up to introduce the next generation of its flagship smartphone series in China following the OnePlus 13T. Although the exact timing of the launch remains unconfirmed, the brand has begun generating excitement by sharing sneak peeks of the highly anticipated OnePlus 15T. In the most recent update company official shared information about the rear camera technology that will be featured on the new device.
In an official Weibo announcement OnePlus China President Li Jie revealed that the rear camera of the forth coming OnePlus 15T will be equipped with new and improved LUMA periscope lens. The executive highlighted that this improved lens is designed to deliver better image quality for both portrait photography and zoomed-in shots giving users a more versatile and capable camera experience.

According to report the upcoming OnePlus 15T will feature a larger battery allowing users extended usage without frequent charging as well as an upgraded cooling system to prevent overheating during demanding task. Despite these significant hardware improvement the device is expected to retain a slim and lightweight design with minimal lens protrusion ensuring both comfort in hand and a sleek elegant appearance.
According to a recent leak the upcoming OnePlus 15T is expected to feature dual rear camera setup including 50MP Sony Lytia 700 sensor and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens that utilizes the Samsung ISOCELL JN5 sensor. On the specifications side the smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with 6.32 inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution.
